Hi! Looking for a friendly professional female in the 25-35 age bracket to join a cosy and sociable flatshare.

My time has come to move elsewhere and after living here for 5 years with two fabulous flatmates and friends, I’m very sad to go.

The flat is on the ground floor and is front facing so gets great daylight. The furniture that's seen in the pictures all comes with the room i. e. bed, wardrobe, bedside locker, shelves. There is also extra storage in a boiler cupboard outside the room.

We have a small outdoor space with a tumble dryer and bike storage.
 
There are two toilets, one with a shower that you would share with the two other flatmates. You would be living with two wonderful ladies who have hybrid office/home schedules. This is an ideal spot for a female professional looking for a flat with a warm, clean and safe feel and with friendly, considerate flatmates.

Bills are ~£100 monthly.

We spend a lot of time in the large shared living room, chilling and watching tv. We like a healthy balance of socialising and time to ourselves.

The flat is very conveniently situated <10mins walk from Finsbury Park station which is very well connected with tube and train. Less than <5mins walk from great restaurants, pubs and grocery shops including Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Lidl.
