Looking for someone to take over my room in a great 2-bed property with a concierge, and access to swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and gym. The room is spacious, comes with it's own bathroom, and is fully furnished.

Fanstastic location - a 5 minute walk from Manor House tube station and 2 minute walk from the bus stop. It's close to Clissold Park, Finsbury Park, and Seven Sisters, and right next to the Woodberry Reservoirs. There is a sailing club and climbing gym round the corner, and lots of nice places to eat and drink in Stoke Newington and Finsbury Park.

The apartment is clean, professional, and suitable for busy lifestyles.

Rent is £1300/month including bills (council tax inc.) except heating which works on a pay-as-you-go system, and tends to be £40-50 in winter. There are great amentieis, with a really easy commute into central London, and a lovely community.

My move out date is as soon as possible.
