Double room available in lovely 2 bed flat

I have a double room to rent in my lovely 2 bed flat, which I use only 2/3 nights a week, meaning the rest of the time you'll have the place to yourself.

The flat is situated in a Victorian terrace on a lovely and quiet street, just 10 mins walk from Finsbury Park and Arsenal tube stations and with buses from the end of the road connecting you to Shoreditch and Liverpool Street in 20 mins.

The room is a neat little double and the flat itself has a well equipped kitchen and bathroom, and a light and bright living space.

I use the flat myself when I'm in London for work 2/3 times a week. For the rest of the time, you'd have it to yourself. I'm therefore looking for someone who will respect the flat as their home and keep it clean and tidy. No house parties.

I'll consider long or short term lets. If you also just need a room for part of the week then I'd be willing to discuss that too.
