Cosy Double Bed in Stoke Newington!

We have a medium-sized double bedroom available from Dec 11 in our large, four-bedroom home.
The room is located on the ground floor and comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe and side table. There is limited space for a desk and if you were WFH you would need a fold up desk or you can work from the living room (which is what I do!). It gets lots of light and has direct access to our fully-paved garden. The house has 2.5 bathrooms, and you will be sharing your bathroom and shower with one other person. The house and rooms are well heated and cosy for the winter months.
There is a large, warm lounge room with a TV and any channel you could ever want, plus a dining table. The kitchen is fully-kitted out with a dishwasher and washing machine.
We keep the fourth bedroom free for guests, especially handy over the summer months when friends and family visit.
The house is located at the end of a quiet one-way street, bordering Finsbury Park and Stoke Newington. A pub, café, off-license, and Clissold Park are all within 200m. Finsbury Park and Manor House station are both a 15min walk away.
We are a friendly, social house, and would like someone who is up for the occasional pint and won’t be a stranger. This isn’t a party house however and everyone are working professionals.
You will be living with: Sasha (27yo, works in property, Australian), James (30yo, works in real estate, Australian), and James (29yo, works in finance, Australian). We are looking for someone ideally aged between 25-32 who is nice, respectful, clean and up for a good time.
The rent is £1,000pm. Deposit is £1000. And bills tend to be £90 a month. We have a cleaner once a month, inclusive in the bills. You will need to join the lease.
