Double Ensuite bedroom with huge rooftop balcony on the 7th floor of the Woodberry Down development. It's a six month contract with option to extend. It's available from the 19th December, but the date is slightly flexible.

You'll be moving into my room, sharing the flat with two girls in their late twenties - Amelie, from France, an interior designer, and Isabella, from Canada who works in the law industry. The girls are easy going, very friendly and clean who love a late night chat on the balcony. They are looking for someone whose vibe is dinner parties, exercise and spending time together but is also clean and respectful.

We had a drop out last minute, so I'm looking to do viewings from tomorrow onwards.

The location is a lovely green area with plenty of parks nearby. The flat itself overlooks two reservoirs (the closer one being a nature reserve) and is extremely quiet. Within walking distance is Stoke Newington and Finsbury Park. Manor House station is on the Picadilly Line and 1 stop away is Finsbury Park which also has the Victoria Line & Thameslink. I'm only moving out as I'm moving into my own place!

There is an overground station 11 minutes walk away which can take you to London Fields/Hackney/Liverpool Street/Stoke Newington.
