Hello! I am looking for a flatmate for my 2-bedroom-hall apartment in Finsbury Park, Islington from mid-December (my current flatmate is going out of the UK). It is a modern, well-heated, and fully furnished space. Your bedroom has a double bed and other furniture. We have a very large dining area with a kitchen, which we shall share. You will also get your own bathroom. It's just 5 mins walking from the tube, with several groceries and takeaways nearby. This area is extremely well-connected with transport links. Rent is £1,150 with a 2-month notice period. Other bills and council tax add up to another £150 approximately. I am seeking someone who is responsible, relaxed, and values a quiet and non-intrusive environment.
