Cozy Double room with private bathroom

Sadly, I’m moving out of my flat as I’ll be heading abroad soon. I’m looking for someone to take over my room and lease ASAP (minimum until April 2025).

🏡About the Flat
• Newly refurbished 2-bedroom house with a spacious living room, kitchen, and working space in big living room .
• The room itself is south-facing, cozy, and comes with a private bathroom.

💃The flat is shared with two wonderful flatmates: Fin, 26, an architect assistant also doing a master’s in architecture. Mia, 26, who works in modeling and media. Both are super friendly, chill, and easy to live with.

📍Transportation

25 mins to Liverpool Street Station
35 mins to Tottenham Court Road
5 mins walk to Harringay Station
8 mins walk to Harringay Green Lanes Overground
• Easy access to buses directly to the city

💸🔑About the Room and price
• Rent: £1,050 per month (bills not included – around £100/month)
• Deposit: £1,250
• A cozy, private space in a bright and comfortable home.

Move-in Details:
The room is available ASAP, but ideally, I’m looking for someone to move in before mid-December. Or can start at 1st January 2025

A Few Notes
• No pets or couples, sorry!
• You’ll need to provide:
3 months of recent payslips
