Room to rent in Finsbury Park

Looking for a young professional to live in a large 4 bed maisonette (one of the bedrooms is exclusively used as a spareroom / study). The room has it's own bathroom next door and has easy access to the garden.

9 minute walk to Harringay station
15 minute walk to Finsbury Park station (through the park itself)
13 minute walk to Harringay Green Lanes station

There is parking available on the street (although you need to get a permit from the council).

Current occupants are both barristers (don't worry we leave the arguing at court). We're quite busy and keep to ourselves but also enjoy sitting down for dinner together and occasionally going to the pub or watching TV together.

Bills are not included and roughly amount to approximately £150 a month (this includes: a cleaner once a fortnight, water, gas, electric, fibre-optic internet, TV licence, council tax).
