The flat has an open plan kitchen, living room and dining room with two balconies, and it overlooks Finsbury Park. There is a bathroom and additional WC.
It's a great location, about 3 minutes to Manor House Station and 10-15 to Finsbury Park station. Lots of shops nearby, including a retail park with a big Sainsburys, TK Maxx, Lidl, Superdrug. Girls in the flat are working professionals, enjoy cooking and a glass of wine in the evenings, super chilled vibes.
The bedroom comes with a bed, locker, wardrobe and desk - the pictures are a slightly older configuration, because I've crammed two massive bookshelves into the bedroom and they take up a lot of space, but I'll be putting it back the way it was in the photos before I leave.
Bills and council tax come to about £130 a month, and deposit is £600. The room will be available from the 4th of January which is when you'd be put on the lease (or we can pro-rate for January and put you on the lease on the 4th of Feb).
