2 Double Rooms Available in Spacious 4 Bed Flat

Hi all!

We have 2 double rooms available in our spacious flatshare. 4 of us moved in as friends last October, but sadly I'm moving in with a close friend and one of us is moving to Bristol.

The flat: there are 4 rooms total, two on the upper (ground) floor and two on the lower floor. There's a huge living room and a small bathroom on the upper floor, and a huge kitchen, a larger bathroom, and a garden on the lower floor.

Pictured in order: the rooms available (first two are my room on the lower floor with the garden view before/after move-in), the living room before and after move-in, the small bathroom on the upper floor, the larger bathroom on the lower floor, the kitchen/dining space on the lower floor. Videoed is my room shortly after we first moved in.

You'd be moving in with 2 professional 25-year-old girls, one works in digital marketing and the other is a paralegal. We all got along really well, and were happy to hang around and chat in the living room/kitchen, but of course this isn't mandatory.

The flat is super well connected, with about a 7-minute walk to Finsbury Park station and a 10-minute walk to Manor House. There are also multiple 24-hour bus links, Finsbury Park, Clissold Park, multiple groceries, and gyms within a 10-minute walk radius.

All bills (including wifi & council tax) come out to about £80 per month.
