Large, furnished comfortable double room available in newly done up flat with sole use of secure gated parking space for MONDAY to FRIDAY commuter.

Hello, I'm James, a young professional looking for a relaxed, easy going person who will enjoy sharing my flat in Stroud Green, Finsbury Park.

The bedroom looks out onto a garden path and a wall of ivy, and it's very quiet as its set to the back of the building (far from the road). There is a large desk and I can also provide a monitor. The room has lots of storage space (and extra drawers under the bed), and it's no problem at all to leave your belongings over the weekend.

There is a spacious sitting room/dining room, comfortable bathroom and kitchen (with washing machine). Superfast 1GB Broadband. Linen and towels can be provided if helpful.

I tend to split my time between my flat and my partner's, but generally am around a few nights during the week. I tend to be at the office during the day.

The Stroud Green area is just fantastic, with lots of local restaurants, coffee shops and bars/pubs as well as independent shops close by. There is also a laundrette, and a sainsburys local next door (which is a life saver on a busy day!)

Finsbury park is a transport hub offering a variety of fast transport to central London and the City - Victoria Line (10 mins Oxford circus), Piccadilly line (10 mins Covent Garden), National Rail (10 mins to the Blackfriars / City) and overground from Crouch Hill. Bus stations on both sides of the station.

I'm open as to minimum / maximum length of let and very happy to have a chat about what might work best.

The rent includes all bills.
