Cosy room in Finsbury Park (for 4 months)

Seeking a working professional to join us in our large three bedroom flat in Finsbury Park from February to May 2025.

The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, shelves and small storage space under the stairs. There is a spacious living room and a large separate kitchen. We also have a garden and shed (for storage of bikes) as well as a basement for additional storage.

The flat is 10 minutes walk from Finsbury Park Station (Victoria Line, Thameslink, numerous buses) and less than 5 minutes to the park itself. It is close to Blackstock Road, Stroud Green Road, Crouch End and Stoke Newington - all with plenty of great cafes, restaurants and pubs.

Kate and Allie are the current tenants alongside our cat, Dante. We are a civil servant and lawyer respectively. Kate works from home 2 days per week and Allie works from the office. Allie is a keen runner and Kate is a rower. We're both busy with work and sport but also like the occasional quiet night in the flat or at the pub with a glass of wine. We're vegetarians and like to cook for and with each other but don't mind you cooking non-veggie food.

We are looking for a flatmate for 4 months only and you will have a new contract with the letting agent, which also comes up for renewal at the end March 2025. Bills are not included in the rent, they are roughly £100 per month and organised by Kate.
