The area is very clean, residential street with cameras and prohibition of outside vehicles. Its very safe and near to main street where lot of food availability is. It near to the stadium so we can hear the games and the areas is fun to live during that time. There are nice pubs in the corner that plays the game too and you get a very energetic vibe here.

Regarding the room, its very clean, furnished with white furniture, has a window on the roof and gives an open feeling in the room and one window facing the garden. Overall excellent place to live in. It comes with double bed, chestdrawers, wardrobe and study table with chair. Has a storage room, big kitchen with utensils, microwave, oven, hob, fridge, washing machine and dryer. 2 toilets in good size, shared living room with 2 and 3 seater sofas and dinning table. Some crockery is also there that can be used. There is also a humidifier for the living room.

Bills are included and you get cleaning service for free twice in a month.
