Friendly flat in Finsbury Park

We’re looking for a friendly professional to join us in our Finsbury Park flat!

The room is super spacious and comes fully furnished with a double bed, 2x chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The first floor flat has 1.5 bathrooms and separate living room (with dining table) and kitchen (with gas hob, dishwasher and washer/dryer!).

Rent is incredible value at £650 per month excluding bills (which are roughly £200pm, and includes a fortnightly cleaner).

You’ll be living with Lucy (31, loves to eat, drink and swim) and Evie (30, loves coffee, museums, and big walks). We both work from the office most days and have moderately busy social lives, but love to have a chat in the kitchen and group watch of The Traitors when we’re both at home. We’re looking for someone similar in their late 20s/early 30s who is keen to make this house a home.
Sorry but no students, and 9-5ers preferred.

The flat is in a great leafy location 1min to Finsbury Park (and the parkland walk), 3mins to Stroud Green Road (for Tesco, coffee and Papagone’s) and 10mins to Finsbury Park station, Crouch Hill station and the Haringey ladder.

The room will be available from 10 February, and we’ll be holding viewings on 19 and 20 January.
