Double room 5min to Arsenal station !

Subletting my room from 6/08 until my contract ends on the 22/08. I can ask agency if you would like to sign a new contract with them in case they still haven’t found a new tenant.
Double room available in a spacious Finsbury Park house. It is a 5min walk away from Arsenal station and under 10min walk from Finsbury Park station. A very lively area to live, you can find anything you need here from different restaurants, pubs to supermarkets and loads of local shops.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. This room is on the groundfloor and so the bathroom would be just for your use as there is another bathroom on the first floor.

The house has a storage room, big kitchen with utensils, microwave, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, washing machine
and dryer. 2 toilets in good size, shared living room with 2 and 3 seater sofas and dinning table. Some crockery is also there that can be used. There is also a humidifier for the living room.
Bills are included (except electricity) and you get cleaning service for every 2 weeks. Electricity bill is usually 35£/month (winter).
