The room has a large bedroom space, dressing area and en-suite bathroom. Also has underfloor heating and air conditioning.
The flat is well equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout, a large private terrace and furniture. The building also benefits from cycle storage, a large communal terrace on both the 2nd and 10th floor and Wi-Fi lounge on 2nd floor which is ideal for home workers.
You’ll be living with Alex (28) and Joe (23), who are both professionals working within insurance (a job in insurance is not required 😉), Alex is a gooner and loves a hot chocolate and Joe is a Sunderland fan and enjoys a pint. Both are pretty chill to live with.
Bills are approximately £200 on top per month which is done by equal sharing. Covers electric, water, heating, council tax and internet.
The lease runs through to 14th October 2025, with the option to stay longer. The landlord is great!
Furniture includes; one chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets, two lamps, king sized bed frame and mattress as well as a whole load of built in storage in the wardrobe which is a dream.
