On-site unground parking for cars and bikes.
• Private and peaceful – we’re the only flat on the fourth floor (accessible by lift or stairs)
• You’ll be sharing a large bathroom with just one other person
• Furnished with a bed frame, side tables, lamps, a walk-in wardrobe, and drawers
• Lots of lovely plants and art and a cosy space to call home

Who We Are & What We’re Looking For

We are Charlie (29, works in charity/ massage therapist) and Emma (30, female, studying a Masters in Art & Science).

We would like to live with somebody who will become a friend. Deep chats, pub, cold swims, nights out, help you choose an outfit pre date, join us swimming and working out in the pool and gym there! Or if you're up for cold swimming on the nature reserve.

We want to build a calm, friendly, and communal home—somewhere we cook for each other sometimes, keep things running smoothly with a cleaning rota and monthly check-in, and respect each other’s space while also spending time together.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys shared living and wants to be part of a warm and open household.

We’re in N4 2GG, a great area with plenty of shops, cafés, and green spaces nearby.
• Manor House Station (Piccadilly Line) is a 10-minute walk, making it easy to get into central London
• Stamford hill overground is a 10 minute walk away
• Finsbury Park Station (Victoria & Piccadilly Line + National Rail) is about a 20-minute walk, 7 minute cycle
• Woodbury Down Wetlands and Finsbury Park are close by, great for walks, runs, or relaxing outdoors
