Large double room available in a gorgeous house in the heart of Stroud Green, Finsbury Park.

This is the landlord's home (the landlord being myself, Alex). I will be working away from London during the week. The house has 2 double bedrooms, both are available, you will be sharing with one other Mon-Fri renter.

Both bedrooms are excellent size doubles. One bedroom is larger (in the photos, this is the one with the white built in wardrobes), this is available at £850pm, the other bedroom is available at £750pm. The larger bedroom has a super king size bed.

One bathroom with bath and shower over. Two toilets. The bath/shower would be shared with the other Mon-Fri renter. The bathroom is close to the larger bedroom, the WC closer to the other bedroom. Other than sharing the shower you could each agree to effectively have private facilities.

Flexibility to stay some weekends, the landlord will not be at the house every weekend.

Fully furnished, all bills included, super fast wifi included.

SW facing private garden which gets the sun most of the day. This is at the rear of the house and is accessed from bifold doors off the living/ kitchen area. The living area all sits within a brand new extension and is bathed in natural light.

Fully fitted brand new kitchen with American style huge fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Quartz kitchen worktop. Microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans etc all provided.

Superb transport links. Finsbury Park station (Victoria, Piccadilly, overground, national rail) is a 10-15 minute walk. Manor House (Piccadilly) a 10 minute walk. Harringay station (overground, national rail) a 5 minute walk. You can be at Kings Cross in 20 minutes from the door of the flat, the city or west end in 25 minutes. Heathrow, Gatwick and Luton airports all have direct connections, London City and Stansted airports one change.

The house is in an exceptionally quiet, residential/ family area on a tree lined street of Victorian houses. Finsbury Park (the park) is literally on the doorstep, around 300 yards away.
