Posting again as we've had a tech nightmare ..

We are Charlie (28, non-binary, works in charity) and Emma (29, female, art MA student. We've lived together for a year and love each other very much.

We've got a lovely room in our super sunny, bright queer three-bedroom flat :) Somewhat unbelievably we have free access to an indoor pool, sauna, and gym ahah

We'd love to live with another female/non-binary housemate (27+) who wants to be pals & have more of a home than a house 🫂

Move-in date: As soon as possible
Rent: £1250 + bills (around £50)
Deposit: £1200

The room is fully kitted out and has a little walk in wardrobe thing & you'd be sharing a lovely new bathroom (with a bath yay!) with 1 other

We have this gorgeous south facing balcony looking out over the reservoir & you can hear so many birds!!

We want to build a calm, friendly, and communal home—somewhere we cook for each other sometimes, keep things running smoothly with a cleaning rota and monthly check-in, and respect each other’s space while also spending time together 🫶

Boring bits:

• Bills are around £50 per month, covering electricity, water, and council tax (WiFi is included)

• No references needed, Benefits / UC accepted

• Energy rating B, Council Tax Band D
