The bedroom has a large desk which is suitable for tenants that are looking to work from home. There is also two large floor to ceiling wardrobes that provide ample space for clothes and personal items.

This flat is situated a 30 second walk from the nearest Tesco/ Iceland and also is located across the road from a large Lidl. There is an abundance of bars and coffee shops all located within short walking distance.

Finsbury Park is located a 1 minute walk away where there is weekly 5km park runs held on Saturday morning.

This flat is situated a 1 minute walk away from Finsbury Park Station which allows easy access to the Victoria Line, Piccadilly Line and National Railways. This allows for a quick 10-15 minute commute to Central London.

We are looking for someone who is a respectful and clean housemate to live in this lovely flat. We love to socialise together however, we also respect each other's personal space.

Viewings will be held next week , with moving in period between 3rd April - 17th April. These dates are flexible and can be discussed further if needed.
