I’m going to Spain for a couple of months and am sub-letting my double room in Finsbury Park.
Dates are from April 20th - June 13th. Will accept sublets for the whole time (ideally), or from 4+ weeks.
The flat is in Finsbury Park, close to the park and less than 10 mins from the station. Can also walk to Clissold Park in 15 mins. You’d be living with 3 lovely girls ages 30-34. The house is very chill and friendly. The girls are always up for a pub trip or dinner out but also like to have our own time and space too. We have a courtyard which is perfect in the sun.
It’s a large double room, fully furnished, with your own private bathroom.
The cost would be £1800 for the full length (£900pcm), and can work out costs for anything less. Cost includes all bills and a regular cleaner.
