We’re looking for a new housemate to join our relaxed and sociable house share in Finsbury Park!
The Room:
* Available from Jan 1st with a 6month contract
* Double bedroom on the ground floor, part furnished with bed and built in desk
* 2 bathrooms, one on each floor (so you essentially have your own bathroom)
The House:
* We have a combined living room and kitchen, with a sunny roof terrace attached
* Less than 10mins walk to Finsbury Park station
* Great location with loads of pubs, cafes, and restaurants nearby
* Tesco, Lidl and M&S are all a 5-minute walk away
About Us: We’re two friends (M, 31 and F, 30) who have been living in the flat for 2.5 years. We enjoy socialising, but also respect each other’s space and downtime. We’re hoping to find someone friendly and easy-going who’ll fit right in!
Admin Bits:
* Rent excludes bills, with are +£110 a month (including council tax, energy, internet etc.)
* Water bill is included in the rent
* Council tax band D (Islington)
* Our landlord requires two references – one from your current landlord and one from your employer
* 1 months rent needed as a deposit
