We’re looking for a friendly and considerate new housemate to join our 3-bedroom flat in Finsbury Park. The available room is a large, furnished double – ideal for someone who values a friendly home environment and is happy to do their bit to keep the place clean and comfortable.

The Room:

Large double room adjacent to the main living space in a duplex layout. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and plenty of room to work from home—a bit of road noise, but otherwise a great room.

The previous housemate is taking their desk, so there is plenty of space for a desk if you want to bring one.

Shared living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms

Bills approx. £150/month (includes energy, water, business internet, council tax - band D)

Rent: £1,011.33/month

15-min walk to Finsbury Park Station, 20 mins to Archway

91 Bus stop outside - runs to KX, Euston, Trafalgar Square,

You’d be sharing with two young male professionals working in finance and property. We both work a mix of from-home and in-office, and our weeks tend to be pretty focused. That said, we enjoy a drink or relaxed hangout at the weekend. We’re friendly and sociable, but also respect that everyone has their own routine and space so no obligation to hang out.

We’re looking for someone friendly and respectful of the space. It’s important to us that the flat feels relaxed and comfortable, so ideally we would like to live with someone sociable who doesn’t feel like a stranger, however, we also totally get that everyone has their own life. Ideally, you're a professional with a similar lifestyle who’s happy to pitch in and make the flat feel like home.
