I am off to the USA with work from early August and looking to rent out my entire furnished 2 bedroom home. I'm flexible with timing. The flat will come as is, fully furnished / shelves / kitchen will be full etc, though I'll of course clear our the wardrobes and clothes draws.

Note I may place the flat for sale hence we may hold viewings once per week for a period.

Both bedrooms are massive and bright!

About the flat:

- 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom on the second floor of a Victorian terrace.
- Super quiet and peaceful.
- 7 min walk to Finsbury Park station, meaning amazing train and bus links (Victoria and Piccadilly Line, Thameslink, National Rail, loads of buses). Get anywhere easily, incl airports.
- 5 min walk to Manor House st (Piccadilly line).
- Super close to Clissold Park and even closer to Finsbury Park (1 min)
- Really large, bright rooms, super comfortable living space, loads of house plants, amazing tv and speakers
- Washer/dryer.
- Nice kitchen with usual stuff.
- Dedicated bike lock (outside flat) to chain your bike to.
- Really nice neighbourhood street lined with trees and Victorian terraces. Super close to Highbury and Stoke Newington, Stroud Green and Haringey.
- Good shower pressure :)
- Sadly no outdoor space but Finsbury Park is literally around a corner and Clissold is super close too.

About the rooms:

- Massive (4mx4m) double rooms.

- Lovely and bright, get the afternoon sun through large windows. Look out over a lovely garden and partial views of Finsbury Park.

- Furnished with big beds, super comfy mattresses, book shelfs, and large wardrobes.

- bills are £300 / month but may be easier to just add it on as a flat fee so we don't have to switch all the names over etc.
