We’re Angharad and Hannah – old uni friends who’ve made this lovely 3-bed flat our home for the past 7 years, and we’re now looking for a new flatmate to join us.
Our current flatmate is moving out this summer, so the room will be available from early July (with some flexibility, latest move-in August 9th).
The Flat
- Spacious and bright with loads of storage and plants.
- Big, fully equipped kitchen
- Two balconies with fab views of the reservoir
- Split bathroom and toilet
The room is a good-sized double, bright, and comes furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed and large inbuilt wardrobe. There is plenty of space for a desk if you WFH. You get afternoon and evening sunshine coming in, so great for plants.
The Area
- 5 mins walk to Manor House Station (Zone 2, Piccadilly Line)
- Less than 15 mins to Finsbury Park
- Great bus connections to East, North and Central London
- Short walk to Clissold Park, Finsbury Park, and the West Reservoir/Castle Climbing Centre
- Stoke Newington Church Street is just 15 minutes away – full of great pubs, cafes and independent shops
About Us
Hannah works in social research, and Angharad in environmental campaigning. We both split our time between working from home and the office.
We’re good friends, so we’re looking for someone sociable and friendly – up for a chat, pub quiz trip or some quality trash TV!
We’re into the outdoors (hiking, camping, wild swimming), love a good gig or festival (mostly indie), and enjoy crafts (knitting, pottery, and the occasional jigsaw puzzle). Both of us are working our way through our Goodreads challenges – Hannah’s a sci-fi and fantasy aficionado, while Angharad’s tackling the classics.
