There are a bunch of lovely restaurants and pubs along Stroud Green high street (3 min walk). Great tube/Thameslink/National Rail transport links at Finsbury Park Station (10-15 min walk). Crouch Hill Overground is also 5 mins away.
It also comes with two great and friendly flatmates, both young professionals in their 20s.
Bills + council tax come to about £125 per month. Council tax band D.
