📍Location
The house is a 3 min walk away from the park with a small canal and ducks.
You can either take Picadilly line from Manor house station (15 mins walk) or Victoria line from Finsbury Park station (20 mins walk)
We also have both trainline and overground 5 mins walk away.
A small shoppingcentre in Green Lanes just 7 mins walk away with Sainsburys, Aldi, Mcdonalds, Superdrug, TKmaxx and more!
The house is also located in an amazing Turkish area so lots of Turkish shops and restaurants close by.
Alot of families in our street and around the area so I have always felt really safe walking home at night!

🛏️ The room
This cozy room comes all furnished (besides the black chest of drawers, thats coming with me) with double bed, desk, bedside table and closet. The room is facing the back of the house so more greenery.
It’s also more seperated from the rest of the house so won’t be wall-to-wall with housemates.

🏠 The house
2 bathrooms, kitchen and utilityroom has lots of storage and 2 fridges! There’s a small garden in the back and a loft upstairs as an "extra room" for either gaming, hanging clothes or storage (we have lots of storage space in the house)
We got both a new boiler and oven installed a couple months ago!
The kitchen already comes with all supplies, so no need to buy any.
We also have a cleaner who comes once/twice a month.

👯‍♀️ About us
You would be living with 4 super duper lovely professionals, most working outside while some work from home 2-3 days a week. They are all friendly and open to chat, but not having to be ontop of eachother.
The most social we’ll be is in the kitchen if people are cooking at the same time and there are lots of laughter going on!
We do the occational pub trip but not as often as we’d like. Some of us moved in not too long ago themselves.

👤 About you
We are looking for someone who shares our positive energy, being not just a random housemate but also a teammember taking care of the house staying clean, swapping on buying house supples etc and being considerate of others.
We all try to work on keeping the place clean, we don’t have a system per say, just making sure to clean / buy items when it’s "our turn"
We want someone who is participating in upgrading the house, for example we have been talking about buying chairs and sitting area for both the garden and the attic so we can chill together.
It’s a lovely house with a lovely landlord so it’s important to take good care of the home.
