Spacious Double Room near Finsbury Park Station

Large double room available! 5 minutes walk from Finsbury Park Station and opposite the award-winning gastro pub, The Plimsoll. It's a mixed gender household of easygoing and friendly individuals; Phil (town planner), Owain (graphic designer), Stella (marketing), Alex (songwriter, vocalist), and Richard (chef). I've been living here for 8 years, made many friends and memories, but I'm now moving in with my partner. All this to say, it's a great place! Looking for another like-minded individual to take my place. There are 3 bathrooms, and a recently refurbished kitchen, all of which have great appliances, including a tumble dryer! The room itself will be refurbished before you move in, including new carpets and fresh paint on the walls (apologies if the mariachi skull print is appealing to you, I've personally enjoyed waking up to it every morning). The council tax is included, other bills come to around £50-£80 a month depending on the season. Looking forward to hearing from you!
