Room in our homey, modern terraced flat

This double room is part of a lovely, high-spec, 3-bed flat with a modern open-plan fitted kitchen, living room and terrace. Move-in date is flexible - anytime from April. Room comes unfurnished - please let us know if this is a barrier - we may be able to accommodate here.

The room
This double room has large double doors that open out onto the terrace that the flat has private use of. The room is unfurnished. The room size fits a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and maybe a small desk, but it's not a large room with a lot of space. The room is right in the heart of the house, and shares walls with the kitchen / living room. We don't make a lot of noise and don't stay up late, but if you're particularly sensitive to noise while spending time in your room during the non-quiet hours, it might not be the right fit! £1031 per month, bills not included, bills average around 100 total.

The Home
This ground-floor flat has a spacious terrace at the back of the house, surrounded by large trees. There is a very big open-plan, high-spec kitchen with a dining table. The kitchen has a gas hob, an inbuilt large fridge freezer, a washing machine, an oven, storage, and all the appliances you’ll need. The kitchen leads out onto the terrace on one end and on the other end into the spacious living room. Bedrooms are carpeted.

You’ll be sharing with two female professionals. Isabella, 34, a psychotherapist, and Hayley, 37, an architect. Also, Buffy, 5, a sweet dog (a staffy) who doesn't do very much. We cook and relax together, watch films, or walk around Clissold Park, which is very close. We're not a party house, and we spend time in own spaces and doing our own things, but it's also really important for us to live with someone who we get along with and who we enjoy being around. We have a shared cleaning rota and splitwise and taking on equal shares of home responsibilities is also essential.
