This ground-floor flat has a spacious terrace at the back of the house, surrounded by large trees. There is a very big open-plan, high-spec kitchen with a dining table. The kitchen has a gas hob, an inbuilt large fridge freezer, a washing machine, an oven, storage, and all the appliances you’ll need. The kitchen leads out onto the terrace on one end and on the other end into the spacious living room. The house is well insulated with a very good energy rating, is quiet and finished to a modern design and high standards. Bedrooms are carpeted.
You’ll be sharing with two female professionals. Isabella, 34, a psychotherapist, and Hayley, 37, an architect. Also, Buffy, 5, a sweet dog (staffy) who doesn't do very much. We cook and relax together, perhaps go for a swim in the reservoir, or walk around Clissold Park, which is very close. We're not a party house, but it's also really important for us to live with someone who we get along with, is considerate and takes on their share of household cleaning.
