Hey there! I'm going home for the holidays from NOVEMBER 18 - JANUARY 9 and am interested in subletting my room for as much of that time as possible.

🚂 5 min walk from Crouch Hill station (Sufragette Line)
🥐 Immediately opposite Sainsbury's (open til midnight) with Tesco, LIDL, NISA, M&S all within a 15 minute walk
🌳 5 minute walk from Parkland Walk, 10 minute walk to Finsbury Park
🛍 Lots of restaurants of all cuisines, charity shops, and pubs nearby!
THE FLAT:
🏠 4 storey flat on Stroud Green Road, N4 3RN
🍽 Top floor kitchen with nice view and ample storage
🛁 2 washrooms, one with shower/bath combo and the other with a shower
🤝 Shared with 4 other flatmates who are employed and friendly, but mostly keep to themselves
🗺 Nationalities are Irish, Lithuanian, Italian, and Turkish

😲 Very spacious - easily 2.5x the size of a normal London room!
☀️ 3 south-facing windows allow for a lot of light, even during those gloomy winter days
🪑 Fully furnished with COMFY double bed, shelves, wardrobe, computer desk/chair, couch, and coffee table
📽 Massive wall projector with Netflix, Amazon Prime, HDMI, screen mirroring, and Google/Youtube capabilities
🥵 Room comes with wall heater and small space heater
🌿 Lots of plants & vibey jungle decor
THE DEAL:
💷 £275/week or £1,100/month
🔌 All bills and weekly cleaning included (no surprises!)
✅ No checks for citizenship, right to rent, etc. required

This flat is being sublet with the knowledge and approval of the property management company - no shadiness or secrecy required.
One week's rent is required to secure the space; rent will be paid to me up front in exchange for the keys upon move in, and I will continue paying the property managers as per usual for the duration of your stay. I would also write up a statement/contract and have both of us sign it for peace of mind.
I know how stressful the London housing market can be, so I want to assure you that I am a real human looking for a real subletter 🙂 I recently finished a Master's in Event Management from the University of Westminster, and am looking to save some £ while I visit my family in the US this autumn. As such, I'm seeking a reliable, trustworthy person in need of temporary housing in a great location.
