I have a room available from October 30th in a lovely 3 beds in Finsbury Park.

The rent for is £780 and the bills add up to around £150pm per person (this includes the council tax which is band C) . This is a 12 month contract with a 6 months break clause (2months notice) that requires satisfactory references and a UK based guarantor.

The flat is located just off Stroud Green Road, less than 10min walk from Finsbury Park Station and 5min from Crouch Hill Station. Within that radius there is a Tesco superstore, Lidl and 2 Sainsbury’s. More importantly there are so many lovely local pubs and restaurants and a warm, friendly community! A plus you would be getting is living 2min away from the lovely pub I work at so nice discounts!

A little bit about me - who you would move in with! I’m a performer who graduated in 2022 and work in hospitality and a few odd acting jobs here and there. You would also be living with Evey, a lovely girl who works as a graphic designer and who loves DIYs and thrift shopping.

We’re sociable and lively but also laid back. We love to live in a cosy, clean, creative and safe home. This is not a party flat - although we love a cute gathering occasionally.

Just like with my previous flatmates, I would love to hear from girls who fancy a nice beer/wine and chat, movie and food nights, music jams and crafty time together but also who like having and giving as much alone time as needed. Finally i’d love to hear from people who don’t mind self tapes/ singing/ dancing/ playing instruments from home for an audition or just for fun!
