Huge room in Finsbury park

We are looking for someone to replace us in our amazing Finsbury Park house share.

The House:

🏠 Huge Kitchen and Living Room, Garden (with benches, outdoor wifi, bbq & ping pong table) and 4 bathrooms, plus a cellar for storage.
🛏️ 6 lovely housemates, most have been in the house for 4 years or more. We are a mix of ages and a mix of occupations but we all get along really well
🛁 Bathrooms: 4 (yes, 4!) – no morning queues here! You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person.
🍳 Kitchen Goals: A massive, well-stocked kitchen perfect for whipping up meals or hosting dinner parties - 2 washing machines, dishwasher, 2 ovens, 2 fridge/freezers so there is never a wait for anything
🛋️ Huge Reception Room: Ideal for Netflix marathons, group hangs, or quiet reading time.

A beautiful, light, room with sky lights and huge windows. Large yet cozy space – big enough for your own creative touches, it comes with plenty of natural light to brighten your day. Ideal for a couple, with an amazing ensuite as well!

📍 in the heart of Stroud Green, we have fantastic transport links just 15 mins walk away. (Piccadilly & Victoria, Thameslink (10 mins to centre of London), 1 hour regular trains to Gatwick and Cambridge, Crouch Hill Overground and is a major bus interchange. The W3 bus gets you to Finsbury Park in under 10mins if you need it to.

Parks, pubs, and eclectic eateries. Artisan grocery stores, coffee shops and bars. A stones throw from the famous Faltering Fullback, and london's best charity shop (Crisis Finsbury Park).
Green Lanes is a 10 minute walk away with amazing Turkish shops, a Homebase and Sports Direct - literally anything you could ever need is nearby.
As a runner, I have loved having the Parkland walk on my doorstep taking me up to Ally Pally and down into Finsbury Park & beyond - so many green spaces around.

👥 Who we're looking for:

A friendly, respectful person excited to share this amazing space and make it their home. We don't have a rota of chores and have a cleaner for communal spaces (included in the price!), but looking for someone who is going to take initiative and be proactive with the very few things we have to do as a house (emptying the bins, buying washing up liquid every now and then).
Bonus points if you enjoy a mix of social and quiet moments in a fun and easy-going environment.
