Double room in a friendly flat share

A room has become available in our flat as our flatmate is sadly moving up North to be closer to her family.

The room will be available from 14th September 2025. It is situated on the top floor and is bright and spacious with lots of storage. We have a shared kitchen and bathroom, with a separate toilet (note we have no living room but the room itself does have a sofa in it). Bills come to around ~£110 per month and our council tax band is D.

The flat is really well located:
- Less than a 5 min walk from Finsbury Park station (Victoria, Piccadilly, National Rail, lots of bus routes)
- Just behind Stroud Green Road where there are lots of lovely cafes, restaurants and pubs…ask us for our favourites!
- Less than 10 min walk to Finsbury Park itself and ~30 min walk to Clissold Park
- 5 min walk from a big Lidl/Tesco

You will be living with two friendly, easy going flatmates:
- Manon (26) who works as a consultant, enjoys playing squash, exploring the city, and playing board games.
- Natasha (26) is currently a medical writer and enjoys yoga, coffee and trying out new restaurants.

We met through Spareroom earlier this year and each have our own lives, but enjoy catching up over making dinner.
