Large double room available in friendly flat

We have a spacious, furnished double bedroom available in our 3 bed 1.5 bath flatshare in Finsbury Park.

The room is the largest in the house, with big windows and is located on the top floor of our home. The room is furnished with a bed, a side table, and 2 wardrobes.

The house is over 3 floors and has a large kitchen, living room, space for a bike, and a lovely back garden.

The flat is conveniently located steps from Finsbury Park and minutes from the Parkland Walk - so much green space! Only 10mins to the high street (Tesco, cute shops, bars etc) and less than 15 mins to Finsbury Park station (Piccadilly line, Victoria line, National rail).

You’d be living with Ruth (26, Irish) and Catríona (27, Irish), who both work in Marketing, and enjoy Pilates, gigs, hiking, and little city breaks on the weekend. We’d like to continue the long tradition of being a cosy, wholesome home together.

We are friends who are both social and like exploring London, but also chilling out at the flat to cook, watch tv, and unwind.

Looking for someone who is open to being friends with their flatmates but is also fine doing their own thing. Cleanliness and overall considerateness is very important to us.
