New housemate needed for Finsbury Park 5-bed

I am seeking a new flatmate to replace me in my lovely 5-bed house in Finsbury Park, just 5 mins walk from the station! Complete with large kitchen, lounge and a well-kept Garden, this spacious room is a steal.

You would be joining 1 girl and 3 boys, all lovely people and some of whom have been there for over 10 years. A very homely flat in a lovely area.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and is wanting to treat the place as a home.

You would need to be willing to sign a 12 month contract before the end of September, and would need to undergo referencing.
