The flat:
The room available is a small double room, and the flat has a lovely living room, kitchen and bathroom. I’ll leave the bed and mattress in the room and it has a built-in wardrobe. You’ll be living with my friend who’s 25, friendly, a consultant and generally keeps to himself! His boyfriend is around sometimes too :))

Accessibility:
The flat is on the 2nd floor with no lift, takes 8 steps to get into the building and then another 15 steps to get up to the 2nd floor.

I’m just looking to move out as the landlord has decided to sell the flat (they’re looking for a buyer so will take at least 3 months to finalise paperwork, then serve a notice on top of that so you’ll have at least 4 months ) and I have somewhere lined up for October, but my flatmate wants to stay until the last moment and we’re in a joint tenancy—I’m willing to move back with my parents until my new place in October if someone wants to sublet from September onwards!
