The flat is a 10 minute walk to both Finsbury Park Station (Victoria Line) and Arsenal Station (Piccadilly Line). Clissold Park is a 3 minute walk and 10-15 minutes to the centre of Church Street. The flat is perfectly located to both access the underground and a short walk to Stoke Newington with all its shops, restaurants and pubs.

You'll be sharing with:

Scott (34) works in civil service so is mainly in the office the majority of the week. Tries to make the most of the weekends whether that going for a run, meeting friends, eating out or watching the football in one of the many local pubs.

Hugh (33) works in marketing/comms and divides his time between the flat, where he works from a couple of days a week, the office, and nearby pubs. In his spare time he runs and produces music (using headphone - don't worry).

We're both really chilled and looking for the same in a new housemate. Someone who is easy going, tidy and independent, who wants a peaceful place to come back to after work
