Hi, I'm Theresa :) I have rented a lovely 2-bed flat in Finsbury Park and I am looking for someone to take the second bedroom from November 1st.

Location:
The flat is in a really nice, quiet street right next to Clissold Park, with plenty of green spaces around (Highbury Fields, Finsbury Park, Clissold Park). The area is a short 7 min walk to the station and had many cute cafes, restaurants and bars near by.

The flat:
--> Spacious and bright 2 bedroom flat
--> Shared garden with friendly neighbours
--> Peaceful and cozy vibe away from the main road

Rent and Details:
--> £850 per month including all bills
--> Deposit: 1 months rent
--> Move in date: 1st November
--> 6 months, but can be shorter. Minimum 3 months.

About me & who I am looking for:
I am Theresa, in my mid 20s, working in Fashion. I am easygoing, tidy and enjoy having a cozy, relaxed home. I am very into wellness and sport.

Ideally I am looking for someone clean and respectful, who preferably doesn't work from home every day. Who likes their own space but also to make it a home, chat and to get along with well.
