Our lovely housemate is sadly moving out in November, so we’re looking for someone new to join our friendly home in Finsbury Park (N4)!

The room is a spacious, fully furnished double with a fireplace and built-in cupboard. Rent is £867 per month, not including bills which come to around £120.

📍 Location highlights:

* Just a 12-minute walk to Finsbury Park Station (Victoria/Piccadilly line + rail)
* On a safe, quiet street with a Tesco and Jolene’s bakery right at the end – super convenient!

👩🏼‍🤝‍👩🏽 About us:

We’re a chilled, tidy, and sociable household (aged 24–26), all working full-time. One of us currently works from home, so ideally we’d prefer someone who works mostly from the office, though we’re flexible as this could change!
We love the usual flat stuff like trash TV, movie nights with wine, and pub quizzes, but we also have our own social lives and respect each other’s space. We’d love someone who’s looking for more of a home than just a place to sleep, and who’d be up for being friends, not just flatmates.

🧽 Clean and considerate vibes are a must, we keep the place nice and would like someone on the same page.
