🏠 The flat is really well laid out and includes good quality furnishings (bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers are included with the room). There’s a large living/ dining room and spacious kitchen that is big enough to cook in at the same time as each other. There’s bathroom has loads of cupboard space as well as rainfall shower/bath.

🗺️The flat is located conveniently between Blackstock Road (which has loads of pubs, delis and independent restaurants and shops), and Mountgrove Road (for Clissold Park and Stoke Newington). The flat is a short 8 minute walk to Arsenal tube and 10 min walk to Finsbury Park station as well as Highbury Fields.

💵Bills are not included but I’d budget £90-100 per month max, plus Council Tax Band C.

🙋🏻‍♂️Hi I’m Jack. I’m 23, and have lived in this flat for the past 12 months. I’m a full time transport planner, and am in the office in the City 3/4 days a week. Between work and socialising, I am out of the flat most days of the week.
