Beautiful bright and quiet double room

Hello!

We are looking for a new housemate (in their mid 30s and 40s) to join our lovely home. It's a big, bright, double room available in a 4 bedroom house 10 minutes walk from both Finsbury Park and Crouch Hill, and just off the Stroud Green road where there are lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, parks and pubs.
We recently had this room advertised and filled but had a bit of a house reshuffle so this room is available again.:)

Here are some more details about the house - it’s a large, bright Victorian house with high ceilings, and wooden floorboards throughout. It has a total of four bedrooms, one bathroom and a separate toilet, a kitchen and a separate living room that’s high up (on the second floor) with a good view. The house has character - it’s a bit rough round the edges but has a lot of charm.
We live on a cul de sac so there is no traffic and the room looks over gardens with lovely views. We also have a front garden which needs some TLC - if you have a green fingers - thumbs up but not a requirement. :)

More details about the housemates - you’d be living with three women all in our late thirties and early forties working in the creative sector and academia. Most of us have lived here for years, and there’s a nice sense of community, though it’s quite relaxed. We cook and have meals (one of us is vegetarian and one of us is vegan), watch films and hang out fairly often, but equally all have our own lives. We also enjoy walks, climbing and volunteering.

The room comes unfurnished and the monthly rent would be £710 (all bills included: shared house essentials, internet, council tax, water and electricity although the bills may fluctuate throughout the year).
There’s also space for a bike in the hall, and a bit of space for storage too.
This house is pet friendly (especially dogs - but sadly no cats due to allergies).

Please note that we are specifically looking for someone over at least 30 years old.
