A double room available in a 3-bed flat in Finsbury Park/Stroud Green.

Rent is around £1016 monthly with an additional £140 for bills.

Flat includes a shared bathroom, living room, kitchen and terrace (which we spend a lot of time on in the summer). Bedroom is partly furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and large wardrobe/built in shelves. Other furniture is not included.

Really great location, just a 12 minute walk to Finsbury Park station, 13 minutes from Haringey and 13 minutes to Crouch Hill overground. Close to Crouch End and the end of our road is Stroud Green high street, so loads of fun bars, restaurants, pubs etc!

We are looking for another female professional to join the flat - alongside Liv and Sarah who are two professionals in their mid 20s/early 30s. Both are clean, tidy, love a movie night in, walks, cooking and exploring London/travelling.

You’d also be living with Liv’s cat named Roxy - who is really friendly and loves cuddles.
