Looking for someone to replace me on my tenancy for my self contained studio with direct access to a garden on a quiet road close to shops and cafes and great transport links. I’ve recently gotten a job offer abroad and need to move out of London asap. If you need to move before 1st October, rent is already covered until then, so you’d not be paying anything additional until then. Electricity, water, heating and council tax included in rent. Brand new Windows and garden doors have been recently installed so great insulation.
