Cosy room in Finsbury Park

Ideally, it would suit a working female professional who is very tidy, clean, considerate and enjoys the quiet life - no parties here. 

The room is furnished:

- A quality single bed - single-size mattress.
- A desk, chair, drawers, lamp and a wardrobe are provided. 

Unfortunately, there is no space for additional storage of furniture that does not fit in the bedroom. 

Shared spaces: bathroom, kitchen and living room (no TV).

Bills not included:
Electricity/Gas.

Bills included:
Council Tax, Broadband, Water.

A cleaner comes every 2 weeks, £60 per month approx each.

About us: 
I work from home two/three days a week, and my daughter is a final year student. We have an older dog who is friendly and doesn’t shed. The flat is cosy and tidy, it is important to us to have a clean home.
We'd prefer someone who mostly works in the office, but WFH 2 days a week is ok too.

The flat is located 6 minutes away from the Finsbury Park Underground station, City North exit.

Finsbury Park and Clissold Park are a short walking distance.
