This spacious double bedroom (£1150, all bills included except for kitty, which amounts to approx £10 per month) is officially available from the 23rd of October with an option to move in earlier from the 3rd of October if preferred; featuring high ceilings, large double glazed windows looking onto our lovely residential street, is bright and airy and comes with more storage space than you will know what to do with! The bedroom is part furnished; it comes with a double bed frame (with more storage/drawers) and a mattress. Since it’s mostly unfurnished, you’ll have the freedom to make it your own.

Our location is fantastic:
5 minutes’ walk to Crouch Hill Station (Overground, Suffragette line)
10 minutes to Finsbury Park Station (Victoria Line & National Rail)
Surrounded by great cafés, eateries, green spaces, and running trails

The house itself offers:

We’re a friendly, calm, and tidy household. I am the lead tenant of the property, and I sub-lease the remaining rooms in the household. The property comprises 4 bedrooms in total, with two females and one male. Privacy and personal space are respected, but we also enjoy the occasional catch-up. It’s a non-party home, and cleanliness is very important (I’m a self-confessed clean freak!). We are a very friendly and relaxed bunch.

We’re looking for one like-minded long-term housemate (no gender preference) who is respectful, clean and tidy, and enjoys a homely, peaceful vibe. Mostly out-of-home working would be preferred, or a hybrid set-up of a maximum of 2 days from home. Not ideal for students.
