Short term let - double room in incredible house

Hello there,

I will be away for 4 months and looking to rent my beautiful room (beginning-mid November until the end of March).
2 bedroom 2 bathrooms, sharing with one other person, Emily who's an absolute sweetheart. She works in interior design and is passionate about sustainability, art, music and a lot more.

The room is spacious, full of light, garden facing and with a big wardrobe!
The house is newly renovated and has all the basic amenities and more (TV, dishwasher, massive fridge and freezer, a plancha...).

We are looking for a professional who is tidy, clean, respectful and balanced, no party heads please.

About the costs: rent is £1000, bills are around £150 per month per person, depending on usage (includes: broadband, water, energy and cleaner).
