Fantastic Double Ensuite in Finsbury Park

Hello,



My name is a Thomas, a 30 y/o professional male from Scotland. My 3 friends are very sadly leaving so I’ve been looking for some cool people to become flatmates with!

The vibe in this flat has been fantastic. I joined via SpareRoom a year ago and quickly became great friends with my flatmates. We would catch up during the week while cooking, have trips to the pub whenever possible, and on Sundays we would often cook for one another and watch a film!



2 of the 3 rooms have been filled by 2 smashing guys and can see that we have a great thing going already!



We are looking for someone who would like to become friends and while I hope to carry the above traditions on into the future, I also equally value my own quality time and of course anyone living here will have their privacy respected.

THE ROOM:



This is the biggest room in the flat, it’s like its own little studio! It has an en-suite and a walk in wardrobe, so plenty of space if you have a lot of stuff. It also has its own little personal patio which is great for plants and allows natural sunlight into the room too.

The caveat with his room is that the washing machine and dryer are in the utility space through the walk in wardrobe so others would need access from time to time. We’ve made it work great though and can come up with a system that works for you best :)

The bed was replaced by the person living in the room now and that will be leaving with them so unfortunately a bed would need to be brought or bought. The TV has been taken down into the living room but we’re absolutely happy to put it back where it was and we can source another TV for the living room.

About me:



I’m a chilled out person who enjoys being sociable and having a laugh while also being a bit of a nerd who can enjoy my own quality time! I love music, films, playing guitar, gigs, games, playing golf (poorly!), pub trips and I enjoy a nice hike too but unfortunately I’ve not been able to do it as much since moving to London!

I work in the film industry, based in Soho. This means I am out of the flat every weekday for work with the fairly common late finish into the bargain.
