Great double-ensuite room next to Clissold Park

Hi!

I'm Daniel, a 30 year old professional from London. As the lease is coming to an end, unfortunately the other three tenants are moving back abroad, which means there are currently three rooms available in this fantastic house!

The location is amazing: directly opposite the iconic Castle climbing centre, 2 minutes from Clissold Park, very close to Manor House and Finsbury Park stations, with busses just outside that go directly into central London in 20 minutes.

The house itself is great, with three floors, a garden, garage, three communal toilets and two communal bathrooms (one room has it's own ensuite), a large kitchen and a large living room.

This room is very big, and has an ensuite and a big built-in wardrobe, and large windows that get the light really nicely in the evening.

There is also another room currently available (deposit £750) this is not an ensuite room but is also spacious, and has a view overlooking the Castle. Please enquire for pics etc if interested as I can't currently put more than one ad on Spareroom.

Bills generally come to about £120 a month each, and we also currently get a cleaner twice a month which is about £13 each a time.

The tenancy agreement is a year but shorter stays are OK as long as you find a replacement, and there's a £100 contract amendment fee.

A bit about me: I'm a CBT therapist in the NHS, I enjoy reading, writing, music, films, art and going out and about in London - I'm a social person but I also enjoy my own space.
