Bright, spacious double room in Finsbury Park

The flat is on a quiet street between Finsbury and Clissold Parks. It's a bright, furnished room that feels private with a leafy view and the city in the distance. The room is next to the main bathroom which you will almost always have to yourself as the other rooms have en suites. The flat also has a large terrace and kitchen/dining/living area.

You'll be living with three lovely, young professionals. Alex, Sam and Grace (couple).

Alex is 34 and a graphic designer, Grace is 31 and works in HR and Sam is 30 and works in property management. We all met through Spare Room and get along well. Everyone is sociable, respectful and keeps the flat looking good. I’ve loved living here and would be staying longer if I wasn’t moving in with my boyfriend.

A female flatmate is preferred to keep the gender balance but not essential and it would be great to find someone looking to stay more long term :)
