I am seeking to leave my tenancy early due to a change in personal circumstances and am looking to find a tenant to replace me for the last couple of months of my tenancy, December and January to avoid paying double rent. My understanding is that you would sign a new tenancy for a minimum of 1 year.
The flat has an open plan bedroom / lounge / office area which is spacious and open, with high ceilings and lots of light. There is a well equipped kitchen and bathroom with a bath/shower and lots of space for a unit. This studio is really good value for the price.
The desk, beside table, and coffee table are mine and will be removed but the rest of the furniture is provided with the flat.
Bills are on top and come in around £200- £250 per month depending on the time of year. Elec and gas are on a meter and I probably average around £20-£30 month in Spring - Autumn and then around £50 pm in Winter due to heating.
The area is amazing and easy access to Finsbury Park and Crouch End which have good gyms/restaurants/cafes/bars/transport links etc. The Parkland walk is at the end of the road too and Finsbury Park nearby. The area is quiet. The flat is a top floor flat with very little noise and good privacy. There is a front garden to the property.
I have had a really good experience with the landlord and neighbours and if it weren't for the change in circumstances would not be looking to leave as early.
I will be doing viewings on 22, 29 and 30 November.
